CHIA’s 12th Annual Education Conference

CHIA is holding its 12th Annual Education Conference.

Continuing Education for Continued Success” will be a two-day program of skills workshops and professional networking. It will take place at the DoubleTree Hotel and Meeting Center at the Berkeley Marina in Berkeley, California, on Friday and Saturday, March 9-10, 2012.

With three optional pre-conference workshops and an array of presentations focusing on skills development for interpreters and translators, this year’s event offers several language-specific workshops, new developments in court interpreting, and updates on national healthcare interpreting certification.

The California Healthcare Interpreting Association (CHIA) is a public charity dedicated to improving the quality and availability of language services in the delivery of healthcare.
